1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Triple Chat (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
• Using the AI for illegal purposes (promoting criminal activities, generating hate speech, etc.).
• Unauthorized access or attacks on servers in the SaaS plan.

4. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS". We shall not be liable for any damages (loss of data, loss of profit, etc.) arising from the use of the Software. We do not guarantee the accuracy of responses generated by generative AIs (Gemini, ChatGPT).

5. Plans and Payments

Payments for paid plans (Pro, Standard) are processed through a payment service provider (Stripe). While you may cancel your subscription at any time, we generally do not offer refunds for fees already paid.

Note: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Japanese version of these Terms of Use, the Japanese version shall prevail.
